• Great location - local to supermarkets and shops. Private parking available which is a plus! Felt very at home and comfortable there. Staff were really friendly and understanding. I stayed for 4 weeks for work, and they were happy to come by once a week to refresh linen and towel facilities. Wifi was quick. Overall a lovely stay, I would love to stay again.
• The shower itself didn't have it's on door, so I found water kept splashing out to the rest of the bathroom which could be a slip hazard. The bedroom itself is behind the next unit's bathroom, so if the neighbour flushes or uses water, loud sounds echo through to the room. Not extremely unpleasant, but bearable.

The place is clean .. The only air bnb or motel hotel caravan that ACTUALLY had everything I needed to cook a proper meal, sharp knives aaaawgh makes such a difference. The big TV's with Netflix so nice to just stay in and chill. The only thing I would say is one little shampoo , lotion, and body wash. Maybe chuck one for everyday in the bathroom cupboard. But apart from that perfect.

We enjoyed how clean the apartment was, the large tv being able to connect to Netflix. The apartment being spacious, and everything we needed being right there. Things for improvement; our door for apartment 6 having a door handle on outside for safety and use. The bathroom door was difficult to move, would continuously get stuck.

Ideally located for what we needed to do in Newcastle. Great to have off-street parking and no stairs to the apartment, which had everything we needed. A short walk to Woolworths and good take-away restaurants.

Our stay in Unit 3 was much more enjoyable than our previous stay in Unit 5, where there was a cupboard that was stuck, no hairdryer (which was supplied promptly, thank you), chipped plates and stained mugs - as well as one of the powerpoints in the kitchen not functioning. The unit is very comfortable. It is great having parking on the same level. This time we parked out the front, as we could not fit in the car park. Not a problem at all. The only improvement I would suggest is more bath towels. We brought extra hand towels from home this time. Having the washing machine meant we could wash them ourselves. We'll be back in less than three weeks. Thank you again. Ruth
